What are the qualities of an awesome Merch Girl? (The person who sells merch & sometimes does odd jobs at gigs)

Random:

Math skills, blonde hair ( no offense red heads an brunets blondes just stick out) willingness to show cleave. And most importantly both arms and legs.

Right, because hair colour and boobs matter more than spelling skills, apparently.
