AQUA was the first band I ever loved and I still am a big fan. Their music is crazy, silly, nonsensical, and unabashedly poppy - perfect for a crazy burlesque routine!!

I love that they’re taken on the circus direction for this iteration (they’re back together yay!!!). Circus and carnivals have been pretty trendy lately, but it’s a trend I can get behind (for once) and it totally suits them. And it’s original archetypes too - the knife-thrower girl and the weighlifter! Who else has done that?!

Aside from Darren Hayes (who I was a fan of at the same time) Aqua would be my other dream Merch Girl client. Come to Australia, PLEASE. You’d be awesomely funny.
